Two Tracks for Weight Loss Success:
 
  • One on One Coaching offers a Personalized Meal Plan, Ongoing Support and Accountability, Realistic Goal Setting, and Exercise Coaching
  • Foundation is a Medically Supervised Small Group Class that utilizes a structured meal plan, behavior based coaching and education, and follow up with your Primary Care Physician.  Clients on average lose 10% within the first 3 months and can lose up to 16% by the end of the 16 week course.
  •  Stride Society is an ongoing support group for continued weight loss as well as learning how to maintain your new lifestyle following your one on one sessions or the completion of the Foundation 16 week course.
