Stuffed Delicata Squash

Delicata squash is a smaller squash with a thin skin which makes it easier to prep and eat. If you can't find delicata at your local store, acorn squash would also work. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do! As usual, this recipe fits in the 4P's meal plan and is perfect if you're taking weight loss medications or on a healthy lifestyle journey.
